For me photography is a challenge that requires that I exercise and refine my power of observation, both in seeing anew the everyday world I am used to, as well as discovering unusual subjects. I consider the world to be full of wonders, it is only my habitual vision and lack of imagination that prevents me seeing the amazing spectacles hidden in the ordinary. It is in part this joy of discovery that I hope my images pass on to others.
